Padding Layer – EVA or PU foam for cushioning and shape retention. Can be upgraded to memory foam or high-density EVA to enhance shock absorption and comfort. Insole – Ergonomic EVA, Ortholite®, or PU molded insoles support the arch and absorb sweat. Optional bamboo charcoal, sheepskin, or antibacterial insoles available for added hygiene and comfort. Midsole – EVA, PU, or TPR midsole provides stable cushioning and structure. Optional dual-density PU or nylon shank reinforcement increases stability and prevents twisting. Outsole – Durable rubber or Vibram® outsole with deep tread pattern for superior grip. Options include oil-resistant, heat-resistant, insulated, or anti-puncture soles to fit diverse terrains and missions.
