We have a total of 50 production lines, 80 machines, 300 workers, and 300,000 sets of yearly production. Bulletproof Equipment Production Lines

Ballistic Plate Mold
In the production of bulletproof plates, the mold is one of the crucial equipment, which is used to press bulletproof materials into the desired shape and size. Common metal mold materials include tool steel, carbide, etc., with high strength and wear resistance, suitable for the production of high-strength bulletproof plates.

Ballistic Plate Pressing
Used to apply a coating to the surface of bulletproof material to increase its bulletproof properties or improve its appearance. This may include spraying equipment, heat treatment equipment, etc.

Bulletproof Plate Coating
Used to apply a coating to the surface of bulletproof material to increase its bulletproof properties or improve its appearance. This may include spraying equipment, heat treatment equipment, etc.

Ballistic Plate Curing Coatings
Coated coatings usually contain volatile solvents or moisture, and air drying helps to evaporate these solvents or moisture, promoting the activation of the curing agent in the paint, so that the paint forms a strong, durable coating.

Store & Stack Bulletproof Panels
Zennison's workshop provides a large area for horizontal stacking of bulletproof panels to avoid deformation or damage caused by tilting or uneven forces.

Bulletproof Plate Composite
Bulletproof materials can be high-strength steel plates, ceramics, composite materials, etc. Adhesives are used to bond different materials together, and reinforcement materials are used to improve the strength and durability of the sheet.

Ceramic Bulletproof Plate Cutting
Bulletproof ceramics are usually cut using tools such as drills and grinding pieces, and need to use tools with higher hardness to cut ceramic materials. High-precision cutting methods such as laser cutting can also be used.

Regular Checking Before Shipping
The relevant information of the bulletproof plate is marked on the package, and the air drying of the coating is regularly checked to ensure that the coating cures evenly and has no defects such as cracks or bubbles. Such as model, specification, quantity, etc., at the same time with transport labels and warning signs.

Ballistic Plate Load and Ship
Our factory will choose the appropriate packaging materials, such as cartons, foam filler, tape, etc., to ensure that the bulletproof panel is not damaged during transportation.

Tactical Pants Inspection And Quality Control
The assembled trousers are sent to the quality control department for inspection. The inspectors scrutinize the details of each pair of trousers, including the stitching, trim, zipper and pockets, to ensure that the quality is up to standard.

Fabric Cutting
According to the design drawings, the selected fabric is cut into various parts of the tactical equipment, including camouflage fabric, belts, pockets, etc. Ensure precision and efficiency when cutting.

Tactical Accessories Assembling
Once sewn, the pieces are put together, including adding zippers, buttons, carabiners, knee patches and other accessories. This step also includes installing the belt, regulator and other details.

Tailor
The cut fabric is sent to the stitchers, who use professional sewing machines to stitch the pieces together. This process requires precision technology and accurate operation to ensure the strength and durability of the tactical equipment.

Molle Systems On Tactical Vests
The nylon webbing is cut into the desired lengths and widths according to the design specifications. Skilled operators then use industrial sewing machines to securely stitch the webbing onto the surface of the tactical vest, following the predetermined layout and spacing for the MOLLE system.

Cleaning And Finishing
After quality inspection, the tactical gear is cleaned and organized to remove any dust, stains or impurities. This step ensures that the pants are kept clean and tidy during packaging and transportation.

Stainless Steel Kettle Cover Polishing & Cleaning
After forming and welding, the lid needs to be polished to ensure a smooth and scratch-free surface. The polished kettle lid needs to be cleaned to remove any residual dirt or polish from the surface.

Stainless Steel Kettle Cover Packaging
The bottle lid that has passed the quality inspection is sent to the packing area. The kettle lid is packaged into the final product and may be packaged in cardboard boxes, styrofoam, bubble wrap and other packaging materials. After packing, ready for shipment.

Germany Mess Tin Surface Treatment
German lunch boxes produced by zennison require surface treatment to enhance their corrosion resistance, rust resistance or aesthetic appearance. This may include polishing, spraying, electroplating and other processes.

Camouflage Net Processing & Finishing
After dyeing is complete, the camouflage netting may need to go through some processing steps, such as drying, trimming and finishing, to ensure its quality and appearance meet the requirements.

Military Thermal Underwear Sewing
In the production line, the cutter will cut the fabric according to the design pattern of the garment into the required parts, such as the body, sleeves, pockets, etc. These parts are then stitched together into a complete garment by a seamer using a sewing machine.

We have a wide range of sewing machines in our workshop to meet all your clothing needs. There are more than 1600 cutting machines, sewing machines, sewing machines and ironing machines.

Military Garment Workshop
We have a team of experienced craftspeople who are proficient in cutting, sewing and assembling all kinds of fabrics. Their expertise and skills ensure that every piece of clothing has an outstanding level of quality and craftsmanship.

Combat Uniform Distribution
Combat uniforms are packaged into the final product, usually in plastic bags, cartons or other packaging materials, and marked with relevant information. The product is then arranged for shipping to the military, security services, or other customers.
